30th Annual Hayden Cog Run
This is one of the two longest consecutively run races of the series.
Distances: 8.4 uphill mile run and 5 k on paved roads.
Race Date/Time: Saturday, June 7, 2008. Races start at 10:00 am
Location: All runners assemble at the Hayden Town Park on S 3rd Street
Pre-register at the Town Hall in Hayden, or Christy Sports in Central Park Plaza in Steamboat Springs.
On-site registration will be available between 9:00 and 9:30am race day.

Entry fee includes a long-sleeved t-shirt, awards, drawings for all participants and after race refreshments.
Awards & Prizes: The top two male & female winners in each race will receive an award. A drawing for merchandise and gift certificates will be held following the race. All entrants are eligible and must be present to win.
Course Description(s):
The Cog Run, a challenging 8.4 mile out and back course has approximately 3 miles of steep up hill with the turn around point at the top of the Cog.
The 10k and 5k runs are out and back with rolling hills. Water will be provided on the course.
Aid Stations: Two water stations provided for the Cog Run and, two provided for the 10k and
one for the 5k.
Pets: Not advisable
