5K and 10K the same start location and time and will run the same course to about 1.5M:
5K
Up Mile Run singletrack at then right turn towards Blackmere at the top of the 1st hill.
Run shortly up Blackmere to Gasline
.55M Take a right on Gas Line
.75M Left on Molly’s (note Molly’s has no signage from the bottom)
Run up Molly’s to MGM
1.3M left on MGM run across the Meadow.
1.5 the 5K will take a left and run down T-bar
1.5M the 10K will take a right and run UP TBar
St to the T-Bar juncture
Run down T-Bar
When runners hit Blackmere they will run back UP Blackmere for a short time then cut over to Mile Run, run down Mile back to the base.
~3M and 650ft climbing
Most climbing in 1st 1.5M
10K: Lollipop loop
Up Mile Run singletrack at then right turn towards Blackmere at the top of the 1st hill.
Run shortly up Blackmere to Gasline
.55M Take a right on Gas Line
.75M Left on Molly’s (note Molly’s has no signage from the bottom)
Run up Molly’s to MGM
1.3M left on MGM run across the Meadow.
1.5 the 5K will take a left and run down T-bar
1.5M the 10K will take a right and run UP TBar
1.5 M jT-Bar junction:
Turn right: Run UP T-bar to Prayer Flag Road
2.0 Take a left on Prayer Flag Rd and run across Prayer Flag Meadow.
2.3M take a right onto Blackmere and run up to the Quarry
2.7M Take in Views of the Quarry and the aid station will be here -1125 ft vert.
Take a right onto Blair Witch run across all the way to Prayer Flag RD.
3.4M take a right on PFR
3.8M take a left on to T-Bar and run down
4.4M MGM intersection: take a left
4.6M take a left on Molly’s
Take a right back on Gas line and run uphill to Blackmere
left on Blackmere back to Mile Run and back to the base running the winding singletrack at the bottom.
6M and 1275ft climbing (most climbing is all in the 1st 2.7M)
